Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How do I schedule an appointment?

A.  You can only schedule an appointment on this website using any of the booking buttons. We do not schedule appointments in the store or via phone call. If you're having issues please email us.

2.  How do I Cancel or Re-schedule?

A.  You can easily cancel or reschedule by using the "Reschedule/Cancel Appointment" button on your confirmation email, or any text reminders. 

3.  What is your Refund Policy?

A.  Refunds are processed upon request, however, there is a 5% service charge for all credit card refunds. We will gladly issue store credit or a gift card in lieu of a refund with no service fee.

4.  How do I use my Gift Card?

A.  Your gift card works like a Visa card in the store. When you schedule an appointment online, type "Gift Card" in the coupon box, and bring the card with you to the appointment, to pay in store. Your card can also be reloaded in the store if you like.

5.  I keep calling, why don't you answer?

A.  We do have a very busy store and the rooms are reasonably near the reception desk. The call volume is very heavy, and we found the constant chatter did not align with the peaceful atmosphere we hope to provide to everyone. In the interest of providing the best possible service to our clients receiving treatments, we chose to communicate via email for most questions. We do work hard to be very responsive via email, and we can typically respond within a few minutes.

6.  How do I use a Groupon?

A. We would greatly prefer that you purchase directly from us in our Specials section. Anything we have listed on Groupon we will always have it here at a better price. In the unlikely event there is a lower price offered elsewhere, we will match it plus an additional 10% when purchased directly through us!

B. To receive comprehensive instructions, please send an email to bodymindspas@gmail.com, with the word "Groupon" in the subject, and you will immediately receive the instruction email.  If you don't get it quickly, please check your spam or junk folder. To schedule you must use the link in the email, as you cannot schedule the appointment on this site.
